DESCRIPTION:Welcome to the September 2025 Premier Auction! This auction 
 brings together an outstanding range of art\, cultural materi
 al\, and natural history\, with significant highlights across 
 every category. Leading the offerings is a monumental 99.5-i
 nch antique narwhal tusk\, among the largest recorded example
 s to appear at auction in recent decades. It is joined by a 
 grouping of substantial Alaskan gold nuggets\, the largest we
 ighing nearly 6.5 troy ounces\, and an Ice Age walrus skull d
 isplaying remarkable mineralized coloration. The fine art se
 lection is particularly strong\, featuring three original pai
 ntings by Sydney Laurence\, two works by Eustace Ziegler\, and
  a large mural of Denali by Ernest Robertson. Additional hig
 hlights include seven works by Rie Muñoz—among them an im
 portant early painting on Sitka blacktail deer hide circa 19
 60—along with serigraphs and exhibition posters\; eight wor
 ks by Dale DeArmond\, including original carved wood printing
  blocks and rare early editions\; and five bronze sculptures 
 by Jacques and Mary Regat. Important works by George Ahgupuk
 \, James Kivetoruk Moses\, James Belcher\, Steve Gordon\, and Da
 niel DeRoux further underscore the breadth of the offering. 
 Alaska Native and ethnographic works are represented in dept
 h\, including a late 19th-century Chugach wood bowl\, early Yu
 p’ik objects\, a wide range of walrus ivory carvings\, baske
 try\, and baleen pieces—highlighted by a museum-quality 11-
 inch basket—as well as an extensive group of Greenland Inu
 it tupilaks. The sale also includes several Tlingit silver c
 uffs\, a solid 14k gold Tlingit cuff\, Tlingit and Aleut baske
 ts\, and a broad selection of Navajo rugs and jewelry. Fine j
 ewelry and timepieces form another notable category\, with tw
 o Oscar Friedman sapphire and diamond creations\, both GIA-ce
 rtified and appraised at nearly $100\,000\, together with a Ro
 lex Submariner and several distinctive gold nugget-set watch
 es. Rounding out the catalog are unique historical items suc
 h as a Jonas Brothers polar bear rug\, a Benny Benson–signe
 d Alaskan flag\, and a 49-star flag flown over the U.S. Capit
