Two striking Kachina dolls, which are handmade Native American dolls that originate from the Hopi tribe, representing their Kachina dancers that bring rain, fertility, and balance. They are traditionally made with cottonwood root and gifted to children to teach them about their culture and beliefs. The lot features a left-handed figure, marked "Left Hand" on the bottom with an illegible signature that possibly says "H.E.T. Bagg", and the other is marked "Brown Wolf" with the name Rita Benally. The larger doll measures approximately 7" x 6" x 14.5" tall.

A ceramic tile featuring glazed art depicting blue poppies accompanied by a ceramic tile depicting blooming red poppies designed by artist Yang Ping for the Continental Art Center; fractured in across the bottom left corner. Also includes a ceramic tile depicting Alaska Native women and children gathering berries by Alaska artist Barbara Lavallee (b.1941), plus a square ceramic dish featuring a salmon design, signed on the underside by M. S., and more as photographed. The ceramic tile depicting blue poppies measures approximately 12" x 12".

Extra-large amethyst glass bowl, unlabeled but similar to Scandinavian Tapio Wirkkala bowls, along with six paperweights or decorative orbs, five appearing to be clay or stoneware, one a vintage embossed cricket ball. The bowl measures approximately 19" x 19" x 5" tall.

Two charming circular decorative panels featuring felt-appliqué reindeers surrounded by orange geometric borders and a fur trim. Beads are added for detail. A tag indicates that it came from Russia. One has a tear on the back, and both panels measure 16" across.

A collection of hand-painted Russian folk art pieces, including three decorative wood panels featuring vibrant colors and characters and prepared for hanging with holes on the top of each piece, plus three lacquer boxes with scenes depicting a man holding a bird on a galloping horse and people riding horse chariots. The lacquer boxes have marks written in Cyrillic script on the bottom, which could possibly be artist signatures. The wooden panels measure approximately 11.5'' x 5.25".

Three miniature Yup'ik coiled grass baskets with unique false embroidery patterns and soft pastel colors. Each has a fitted lid, topped with a finial. Largest measures approximately 5" in diameter x 5.5" tall.

Three birch bark baskets in various shapes and sizes, one with a fitted lid and a driftwood handle, another including dried yarrow flowers. The lidded basket measures approximately 7.75" x 5.75" x 9.25" tall.

Leather and suede medicine pouch or wall hanging with fringe and a wall tapestry featuring two figures in traditional apparel and unique patterns, also with fringe. They are both in the style of the Uriankhai people of the Mongol Empire. Largest measures approximately 10.5" x 17.5" overall.

A pair of deep brown fur moccasins accented with red details running vertically down the front of the shoe. The outer sole measures 9.5" x 4.5".

A coiled grass basket in a unique urn shape featuring bright geometric-shaped false embroidery, crafted with a small lid attached with a braided line. The example is remnisicent of Yup'ik basketry but is likely African in origin. It measures approximately 12" at its widest x 8.5" tall.

A collection of five hand-painted Russian nesting dolls with twenty pieces overall when opened, including one of Soviet leaders such as Mikhail Gorbachev, Leonid Brezhnev, Nikita Khrushchev, Joseph Stalin, and Vladimir Lenin, and other standard Matryoshka sets. The largest item measures approximately 3.75" in diameter x 7.75" tall.

Two adorable original watercolor paintings of mice, done in a loose, flowing style. Identified as done by watercolor artist Leah Niemoth from the signature on the bottom right corner. Both are matted and framed, and the larger one measures approximately 15.25" x 16.25".
